Founder and Managing Partner Brian Lit had his first experience negotiating debt with Lenders during his first year of Law School...the debt was his own. Prior to getting accepted at Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Lit was laid off from a severe downsizing in the telecom industry. He entered Law School with debt and little income. He successfully negotiated his debt down to a manageable monthly amount.
After graduating from Law School, Mr. Lit represented Option One Mortgage, a division of H&R Block and the third largest subprime lender in the U.S. This has given him great insight into the legal structure of the lending community.
